I had made two types of desserts this week. Using my photoshop skills, I modified the pictures I took. It's more nicer.

Last Wednesday, made Mango pudding ...

It's not difficult to make this. It's rather a simple process. The disadvantage is ... the cost to make them is expensive, and you don't get that much output in the end. But it's really nice! I just wish Mangoes are cheaper. I poured the liquid into these small containers, and waited for them to cool down before placing them into the fridge. There's no need for decoration since it's gonna be eaten up by my own family members anyway.

Oh ya, I put Nata De Coco too. Nice combination in a mango pudding!~


Last Friday, I did Bread Pudding or in malay, Pudding Roti.



It's not my first time making this. The difference this time round is that I topped the pudding with chocolate chips. It's green apple flavoured, there's square cuts apples on the bottom layer. With the topping, it tastes good. Different yet brings out a special feeling. There's sweetness from the apple and at the same time, chocolatey. Too bad there's no black raisins, it'd taste nicer with the apples. If not apple, raisins and pineapple goes well too.

I didn't follow any recipe for this bread pudding. It's more like you mix everything together and make a pudding out of it. It mainly uses leftover breads, evaporated milk and sweetened milk. My bread pudding is not that sweet since there's the sauce to go with it, as you can see from the picture. So everything is just perfect!

For the bread pudding, you don't have to fork out a large sum of money for it.

Ah, I had fun making these two desserts ... xDDD

As promised, I met Rinie at Dhoby Ghaut Station. We went to Plaza Singapura. Ah, I thought I have not been there but when we entered MacDonalds, I recognised the place. Been there before but rarely. I usually frequent to places in the East. Guess that's why ...

I like it's simple yet sophisticated look, the colours matches so well. I go for that style. I neither like funky or chic style bag. I'll definitely buy a bag from ISETAN in the near future. Though the price, whether it's cheap or expensive, doesn't matter as long as I love it.

I may go to Plaza Singapura again soon but with my mom. She wanted a bag too. I should have bought her one but it's better if she choose it herself. Like me, she's also choosy when it comes to bags. Hmm, I guess I got it from my mom! =P

The trip to Geylang tmr is cancelled again. D:

I have not yet buy a bag! xD

Going to Plaza Singapura with Rinie tmr to find that one bag! Haha. By hook or crook, I'll buy one. Guess you're right. My ideal type of bag is that of sophisticated yet the design is simple and pure. ISETAN have them but it's more than my budget. Over a hundred. I'll buy that expensive type of bag when I'm already working. For now, only a $50 budget.

Wednesday, going to Geylang with my mom. Finally!~ I really love going to Geylang with my mom. It's more fun.

Sok Miang, Celine ... can't wait for the details of our class reunion! I'm so excited.

Okay, I've decided.

To purchase a bag from ISETAN the next time I go out. Budget is only $50. I've had taken a look at the bags at Bugis Street before but unexpectedly, none suits my taste. Ah, I guess I really do have a high taste when it comes to bags or fashion. The disadvantage is that the ones that goes according to my taste usually costs a bomb! Relating to bags in this case.

So I'm just going to spend this once to search for that one bag in ISETAN. I've mentioned that bags from that shop is really nice but the price, hmm ... is nice too and much much painful. Well only this once!

Will go buy that bag some time this week!

Ah, I need to buy a bag! The one I usually wear is kind of spoiled so have to buy a new one. It seems that Bugis is the only place to buy good quality bags, huh? Hmm, if anyone have any places to reccommend that'd be good too. Budget this time will be the range of $20 - $30.

The bags at ISETAN are all nice, and of very good quality too. But it's kind of expensive. My budget if I were to buy from ISETAN, is $50. Do you think it is worth it to buy a bag from there? Need your opinions on this ...

Anyway, I'm very picky when it comes to bags. It's hard to spark an interest in me. Can't help it when it comes to this. I guess I would want to have the best out of the best. It's a waste to buy one if I don't like it. I don't want to feel regret at the end of the day.

Tmr is my mom's birthday! Yay!!!

Later in the evening, I was reminiscing my Secondary School years. Browsed through East Spring's yearbook that I still kept safely in my cupboard. Ah, it was really nostalgic. I don't really miss the school. I miss the environment and the people ... the teachers.

Received email from Sok Miang and Celine. It's really a great idea to have a class reunion. Let's make it a reality! It's been 4 years, pretty sure we had changed a lot. I did for a matter of fact. The new improvised me. Wear contact lenses. Wear make-up. Wear scarf. Appearance wise, yes but to who I am ... I'm still the same Hanisah you all know. ^0^

Today, accompanied my youngest sister to the Library. It's been so long since I've last been to Tampines Regional Library. In fact, it was years ago. I ended up not borrowing anything coz there is no book that sparked my interest. The best is to just save up money and buy the book I want. I love reading malay novels. Don't know when I'll be going to Johor again. I really love the novels there.

After half an hour in the library, we went to Food Culture to eat our lunch. I seriously think that Banquet's western food is nicer. I don't like the Lamb Chop I ordered. Not that nice.

I am sick! Have been coughing since last Friday! It's been raining almost everday.

Yup, as you all know, I'm not joining the cousin's outing to eat at Sakura later this afternoon. I wanted to but I decided that S$25 is not worth it for me who couldn't eat much at one go. I'm sure there'll be delicious foods but I think it'd be a waste if I don't eat a lot. I eat a little but frequently. That's how my stomach works.

By the time you read this, the outing would be over. So hope you girls had fun!!!

Talking about food, my family (minus Hana coz she had camp) went to eat lunch at Seoul Garden last Thursday. S$15 for Adults, price is really reasonable for All-You-Can-Eat. Oh, and I didn't have to pay for a single cent! My dad treated us. For me, it was my first time eating there so the experience was awesome!

I ate past my limit, at least I tried. The one who ate the most was .... Wani! My, she was the last to finish her food! She kept re-filling her plate. I envy such person who can eat a lot. Though Wani really has to control her eating otherwise she'll grow more chubby! She's slightly chubbier now if you compare her old photos. She's no longer thin, more hmm ... fleshy? Is that the right word?

The food's nice but after all, I really love malay food the best! Nothing can win my love for that!
Ah, I wanna eat Sate .......... *misses*

18th March is my mom's birthday! ^0^

Pesta Pesta Pesta today was ............ boring!

The theme was hmm, really ridiculous. I don't find it entertaining at all. Honestly. I think a majority thinks the same too. 2006's Pesta Pesta Pesta was much much much better!!! I enjoyed the previous one, the theme was fantastic. But this year's .... I have no suitable words at all.

Though the small kid who sang was really cuteeee! I stayed throughout the end coz I wanna watch Taufik on screen. That's all.

Suhaimi Yusof is a great entertainer but I didn't quite agree with what he joked about.

"Muda muda tak nak mampus, dah besar menyusahkan orang."

That's about what he said. It's a joke, I know. But still, controversial, you know ....

*heaves out a big sigh*

Wani, still a kid, of course there would be some celebration later in the afternoon. There's gonna be choc cake, food and hmm, even invited a few of her friends over. Kids .... Hmm, but I shared the cost of her bday present with my mom. It's a once a yr event anyway.
